When does the 6 week program start?
The program kicks off on 8 January 2018. Everyone will start and finish the program together to ensure that we all peak in time for the Open. You will receive new workouts and nutrition support on a weekly basis. If you are late to start that is ok. You will still receive the information from the past weeks so that you can catch up.
